In fairness, it looked from Najib's doc like there were about 5 "ISIS" fighters in Baghlan. I hope we all know by now that these "ISIS cells" (whatever that means) and any GIROA claims of mass ISIS surrender are very questionable (i.e. 99% BS). V curious about what you find out
