Indeed, I read it. And it is news and I get the concern. But maybe I'm lamenting the lack of space for things like the insane spike in civcas, the drought, the peace process, etc. Which is a broader, slightly separate issue. And I'm definitely not critiquing journalists here

Well, it's Afghan lives that are going to be affected by it, not yours, so yeah, don't pay attention to it, please. Also, ignore the dead people in Iraq who were killed by Blackwater, their lives didn't matter either. And yeah, White 'experts' and their feelings are always right.
