When a person hits that subscribe button they are saying, I want this person's content... not I want you @Youtube to decide what portion of content I get.... C'mon guys, to subscribe is an action, which means that sub is saying, give me this content

What is the point of subscribing in the first place? So you can not get videos from people you want to watch? Remove the bell feature and provide viewers a sub feed that represents their actual subscriptions. The viewers can UNSUB if they aren't interested anymore.

That shouldn't be YouTubes decision, it should be the viewers choice.

Yeah, they just need to be transparent with their users and stop stringing them along. Just be open and honest about the situation and listen to the viewers/users/creators.
