We're dropping Frontier Communications because they aren't reliable and tech support is a joke. Whomever is running this company should get the boot.

It's only been 4.5 hours, and I'm up to 11 Chinese-speaking Bank of America fraud calls. By tonight, I should have 20+ (all blocked). They sure are persistent criminals. @BofA_Help

So while @AAAauto was failing at customer service, my dealer was about to excel; they admitted their error, stayed open past closing on Saturday so I could get a battery. They waived labor and gave me a really good price on the battery. @LouisburgFord will always get my business.

An hour passes, @AAAauto hasn't shown up as promised, so I call and we discover the mistake. A new service guy is dispatched. We only had to wait 2.5 hours to get a boost. I paid extra for same day reactivation/service. I called to complain but after 7 unhelpful people I gave up.

Took the car in for oil/tire rotation, got a good diag check from dealer. An hour later, car is conked out with a bad battery. Looks like the mechanic skipped a step. I called @AAAauto to reactivate my membership/get a boost. They assigned a guy from New York, but I'm in Kansas.

Despite being on the National Do Not Call Registry, the "helping hands" for @ExploriaResorts keep robocalling me. I'm entering a DNCR violation every time with the FTC. I'm up to about 20 so far.

When you have to wait a week to see a Genius just to drop off a laptop for repair at the Apple Store, it's time to seriously think about changing platforms. @AppleSupport let me down (again).

I've gone paleo, and wouldn't you know it... my very first order from @butcherbox arrived completely thawed out. Their support is replacing my order, but did nothing to comp the inconvenience.

Never assume Amazon Prime values you as a customer; if your acct is placed on hold (even not your fault), Amazon will auto cancel all your open orders, disco all your Alexa devices and delete all your CC info from your acct. All without giving you a chance to fix the problem.

Another thing @Applebees, why not put a space for special instructions for the restaurant on your web ordering system so my kid can get 3 cheese penne without the chicken — she’s vegetarian.

WTH @Applebees, used web site to order food for four, pickup 2 hrs later at 6:45 as directed, food not ready until 7:10 and the order is wrong.
