Very sad to see this. Walgreens has closed 17 locations in the past five years and many elderly and disabled people are having a hard time getting their medicines.

lol what do you think this even means? If somebody kept stealing your bike and you wrote down on a piece of paper "I have to buy 5 bikes per year because somebody keeps stealing my bikes" then that's "building the losses into your budget." What do *you* think it means?
