    I looked into the Pyongyang 2423 smartphone and I think it's made overseas like other North Korean consumer electronics. I haven't identified the maker, but it's awfully similar to the Blu Vivo XL3 and a few other phones.

    North Korea's latest tablet PC "Ryongaksan" is very similiar to Woolim. It is using the same hardware/software base with slight and more hardening. Interesting to see how their hardening and development process evolves.
