    Kann die Rüstungsindustrie mehr als Waffen bauen, zum Beispiel Windparks warten? 👉 Klar ist: Wir brauchen endlich ein , um deutsche in Kriegsregionen und Diktaturen zu stoppen.

    6) Timing & Kontext - Koalitionsverhandlungen als Informationskrieg. Ist natürlich kein Zufall das die Publikation des Artikels (3.11) & der Studie (4.11.) gerade in die KoaV bzw. das Ende der Arbeitsgruppenphase fallen. Gerade jetzt gilt es alle pointierten Aussagen 2x zu prüfen

    5) Berichterstattung - Ich verstehe, dass man einen guten Aufhänger braucht. Thesen die quer zum Mainstream (und den Aussagen der Rüstungslobby) laufen gehen immer. Aber die Defizite der Studie nicht zu beleuchten bzw. die Aussagen unreflektiert zu wiederholen ist nicht so toll.

    4) Datengrundlage - Die Studie sagt auf S.6 das die Datenlage "begrenzt" ist. Das ist zwar richtig, eine Auswertung von Jahresberichten der börsennotierten Unternehmen (Umsatzgebiete) & Branchenanalysen (z.B. ) erlauben ein besseres Bild als präsentiert.

    3) Rüstungsmarkt - Die Studie stellt auf S.8 zu Recht fest, dass der Rüstungsmarkt politisch ist. In der markierten Stelle versteckt sich dazu aber ein Widerspruch - der Markt ist immer politisch, deshalb ist eine politische Maßnahme aber nur "bedingt" als solche zu sehen?

    2) Rüstungsindustrie - Ich fürchte in der Grafik zeigen sich die Grenzen "allgemeine[r] Überlegungen" (S.6) & den Spezifika der Rüstungsindustrie. Über das Outsourcing der Fertigung will man in 🇩🇪 sicher noch weniger diskutieren als über höhere Preise für Gerät der Bundeswehr...

    1) Konversion - Das Ziel der Diversifizierung/Konversion - der Umstellung von mil. auf zivile Produkte - ist ein altes. Leider fällt die bisherige Bilanz dazu in Deutschland schlecht aus. (siehe z.B. S.35f) Zu unterschiedlich die Anforderungen der Märkte.

    Man weiß gar nicht so recht wo anfangen mit der Kritik am Artikel und der zugrundeliegenden Studie (). 6 Punkte bieten sich aber an: Konversion, Rüstungsindustrie, Rüstungsmarkt, Datengrundlage, Berichterstattung sowie Timing & Kontext. Ein kurzer 🧵🔽

    Heckler & Koch hat sich 2016 entschieden, nur noch in wenigen Ausnahmefällen Gewehre und Pistolen an Drittstaaten zu verkaufen. Dem Geschäft hat das nicht geschadet.

    In dieser Grafik kann man sehr deutlich erkennen, wie gut die russische Armee ihre Taktik mit UAV und FW ausgefeilt hat. Danke an Kamerad für die Info und die anderen Grafiken. Das Material sollte in keinem Unterricht der mit Fla und Air Intelligence zu tun hat fehlen.
