1. Yes YouTube is a public platform so they have to set guidelines that everyone has to follow and can not suppress someone if they feel like it. 2. You are entitled equally to all the services that are given to the users because it’s a public platform.

You listed points with no merit. Ok first if you interested in the laws they are depending on state and country so be free to do some research. Two I’m simply saying if they have rules it has to apply equally to everyone.
