Aren't you the slightest bit miffed about the terms and conditions language set forth. " To be eligible for the Contest, the nominee must be: (1) an individual who identifies gender as female;" They have excluded NB people and used very exclusionary language..

Yep. I've had words with them. They didn't want to change the award to include non-binary folks. But the person who ran it recently left, so maybe there's room for change now.
-
That's awful that they're using "female" in their language terms!
-
Would you be willing to point it out to them I think coming from you it would make more sense
-
Will do!
-
Thank you I really appreciate it

"Please confirm the nominator has reviewed the terms and conditions with the nominee." wait there's a ToS for a nomination... That ToS exclude non-binary people and ~200 countries... I'm speechless :/
-
I knew about the non-binary exclusionary wording, but what are the terms around country exclusions?
-
Red Hat needs to clear the award as a contest in each country where it's available. We add new countries each year, and are open to suggestions.
