Once the government says, "But sex is defined by your genes," it opens up a whole host of discrimination. Medicial provider won't give a pap smear to a trans man? Well, that can't possibly be discrimination on the basis of sex because their genes are XX.

Oregon currently has laws requiring medical providers to offer transgender medical services. How will the U.S. government "undefining" transgender impact state laws? I'm definitely not a lawyer, but this is concerning.
