We do have passion, but this is what inspires us to move up the ladder. I have £120+ in my Adsense account with 300 subs and i havent withdrawn once. Why? Because unlike clickbaiting big-timers, we understand that money doesnt matter when you do something you love.
How you respond to adversity dictates your success. You can either complain, or move forward. You decide. Don't chase the money, chase excellence. Money will come if the passion is there.

Look at this as an opportunity. Nothing is final unless you quit. Sure, the grind sucks. Believe me, I've been through it multiple times, but once you accomplish what you set your mind it, it's a gratifying feeling.
