1) Creating a "positivity bank" folder in
@NotionHQ - whenever I get positive feedback I screenshot it and store here. I reference it whenever I need a pick-me-up.

2) Gratitude journal w/ a photography twist. I take photos of moments I appreciate throughout the day and upload them in my @dayonejournal at the end of the day. I've noticed mind has begun to subconsciously search for positive things to capture.

3) Aggregating all my newsletters with the

5) I finally caved and got a subscription to @brainfm
app. Its enabled me to really focus during period of creativity or productivity. The app uses brain wave technology to help calibrate your flow lvls~
