1) Creating a "positivity bank" folder in
@NotionHQ - whenever I get positive feedback I screenshot it and store here. I reference it whenever I need a pick-me-up.

4) Doing 2/3 every day: journaling, exercise, or meditation. Using

5) I finally caved and got a subscription to
@brainfm app. Its enabled me to really focus during period of creativity or productivity. The app uses brain wave technology to help calibrate your flow lvls~Show this thread
