I think he will come out and try to stop Bernie in a less direct way. He has already said that he would speak out only to stop bernie if needed.
I doubt Obama will go after Sanders like that, which is better for everyone. But, regardless he is not a balls and strikes caller, he is on the other side of the ideological divide and don’t forget it

Obama won't make a noise now. He'll see if Biden can maintain a firewall in South Carolina going into Super Tuesday. Before that is just bad for his reputation "legacy" and besides Obama is calm not likely to overreact to these polls until real results roll in.

he already has done it. TIMELINE=He gave a speech about how 'women should be the leaders" and then shortly after that talked behind closed doors with his donors asking them to back warren. Then 200 of them joined warren. Then the whole warren "woman" debate thing occurred.
