It’s hard for me to say personally cause everyone has their reasons. I feel most people date others based on ideal lifestyle similarities, which can objectify but that’s just my own hot take Def dated girls that only date black dudes tho so I feel what you mean.
For sure. it depends on the two parties involved too. The dynamics and thus my initial tweet would change depending if it’s: white guy asian girl vs asian guy asian girl. I was def alluding to one demographic but don’t think twitter could handle it. My asian gals prob know tho :p
Lol at all the Asian lady homies responding saying “I feel you” while a bunch of defensive dudes in my mentions think the takeaway is: “Preferences aren’t allowed!” 
Learn to read. Learn to understand nuance. Learn to listen to the women who evidently relate.

If you mainly date one race, that would make it a preference. It's a little rude to assume a more extreme reason. Which I suppose is why in this hypothetical you're asking for an answer, but it seems harsh.
