    I learned about the concept of "Kaizen" three years ago and applied it to my personal life. 2018 - 12 books read. 2019 - 55 books read. 2020 - 56 books read and counting. 2018 - Run 2 miles a week. 2019 - Run 10 miles a week. 2020 - Run 20 miles a week and half-marathon soon.

    What's scarier?: A) The TV show Unsolved Mysteries. B) Your two-year old who has 15 seconds to themselves and your unlocked work computer with focus on that important email you drafted and wanted to read one last time before hitting send. Asking for a friend.
