      BREAKING: The number of #COVID19 cases in Bell County jumped to 16, according to new figures released this afternoon. That is 6 new cases. Yesterday, the Bell Co. Public Health District reported there were at least 10 coronavirus cases. Story TK.

      He wants residents to stay home. Some essential services will be exempt. It goes into effect tonight and goes through April 3, Blackburn said.
