@YouTube - my 8 year old uses my wife’s youtube account and you suspended her account (paying youtube red). We have tried many ways to get to understand what terms the account violated. Your response is worse that how government offices in India responded in the 80s. 1/2
@YouTube @sundarpichai It is crazy that y’all are so unilateral in how you deal with your customers (paying). I have mentioned repeatedly that my 8 year old son uses youtube on my wife’s device. Youtube and google are being very difficult to deal with for common everyday people

Your support and redressal is pathetic for a service provider. After 10 days, your team has regurgitated the exact same message and it seems (very obviously) that no work has been to investigate more and provide additional information.
