    That looks like time of impact problem / continuous collision detection, i'd recommend Erin Catto's (box2d creator's) gdc 2013 talk. Slides are here , and looks like it just got added to youtube!

    Seems like good is usually more popular by a decent margin? Two random data points - Mass Effect 3 stats say 64% paragon () and enough Infamous 2 players chose the good ending for them to make it canon ().
