Hi there — Do you guys have any operational facility of any kind near the Durham area, or are you only in Charlotte? (Asking for someone who could really use Evusheld and your system of allowing qualification via teleconference call w a doc). Thank you so much!

This situation really needs serious light shed on it, . It erodes trust in the govt, in this administration, as well as leaving high-risk ppl in their isolation while most others are urgently returning to normal. 🤬

We have been working to get supplies of EVUSHELD for our patients and have yet to break through the bureaucracy. Still accessing through our local hospitals instead of providing in our offices. Things are still so broken. twitter.com/dianaberrent/s…

Hey there 😌 I know this would include a lot more than you could possibly have time to get into, but as far as SAFETY of mRNA vaccines goes, what bit of data/info would you show someone who is really scared of vax reactions but understands how effective they are?

Hi there - Quick question re Remdesivir (just read an article from NPR you were quoted in😌): has it been effective in the high-risk pts you’ve seen? Is Duke still operating 7-days/wk to administer it? Thank you!

The most frustrating part of the ‘back to normal’ debate is no one is asking you to saw your own arm off or take a bullet or (per ) storm the Normandy beach. Just to wear a damn mask indoors for a *bit* longer. How come Asian countries don’t see it as torture/tyranny?

A few months, ? Please tell me that having an ‘abundance’ for at-risk people (still nowhere near that) won’t take a few more months. The LEAST we could do as a country is wait for THAT.

But there are still gaps. Kids 0-5 are still in limbo although that could be worked out this month. We are a few months from having an abundance of anti-virals. Those exceptions aren’t small. But as they close down, expect these policies to accelerate. 13/

Would love an update on the status of these treatments. Still extremely hard to get. Pls let us all know WHEN these things will be easier to come by for high risk. Evusheld, MCAb, oral av’s. The months…they do drag on for us. Thank you!

So to (and ), I am curious to know what you do with the fact that we have the lowest vaccination rate among rich countries, which has contributed to the fact that we have startlingly high mortality rates compared to our peers. 1/
