In Britain in Wales, it seemed to me food availability changed radically in a short time period during the early 2000s. Suddenly there was variety of food in supermarkets that hadn’t been previously available. It was like a luxury food explosion with middle class affordability.
Hello! Thought you’d given up twitter. Are there stats on the plastic increase? It makes sense. Supermarkets definitely changed around then. Better to buy non wrapped veg than leave plastic wrappers behind. There’s usually an option.
