Same for me when I transitioned from walking to an office every day to working at home. What is working for me at the moment is going to yoga classes most days.

I started following some youtube yoga classes last week, thinking ‘structure helps’. If I can start out mindlessly following instructions, it seems it’s easier to switch mode.

Tried fightmaster and brett larkin so far, two of the most popular. Both slick, professional, served the purpose. There are many thousands available. I clicked the first that came up in ‘30 minute yoga’ search. Did various different intros: hatha, vinyasa flow…etc
