Maybe better ground fresh? Easy to crush in mortar (unlike most things)

yeah, i crack it right before using it because the volatile oils are so delicate. grinding it can make it INTENSE.

Cld try the coyote mint in cooking too? There’s a lot of it. Might work with lamb stews. Is also quite intense.
