I tried some of the simple recommendations yesterday. In particular, I paid attention to tongue posture going to sleep. A few effects worth noting - with the caveat that after only one day trial these effects could be coincidental. However, they seem dramatic:

Also worth noting that the intentional McKenzie chin tuck seems contrary to Alexander Technique ‘letting go’ of postural tightness - and I’ve benefitted greatly from that previously. So it’s interestingly different.
