I went in search of clever people talking about 'neuromodulation', and stumbled upon this blog post about cooking. Excellent, well done internet!

Great article! Enthusiastically yessed throughout. Living in airbnb places, it’s extraordinary how few kitchens advertised as ‘well equipped’ have a good frying pan and a sharp knife. I often carry knives and a small flatstone with me.

This, combined with “there was no egg slicer in the kitchen” cracked me up.
