That looks great. I have some questions: - Do they deep fry it? - Any ideas what goes into that sauce?

In the stall they fry and marinate it somehow. But I they don't dip it into boiling grease "American style". There is a sweet-sour taste in the marinade, but I have no idea of the content. The added fillings and spices were essentially kimchi-like chili cabbage and coriander.
