    Xcode Server now can set up a mac user to run under, allowing you to log in and setup everything. That should solve all my problem with it.

    In the calendar view, click the info icon beside the calendar of choice on the left, and you'll see a subscribe in iCal link.

    Best way is to create a wiki, enable calendaring for the wiki, and have users click the "subscribe in iCal" link on the web

    Turn on SSL in Server.app. Check "allow users to change their passwords". Direct them to /changepassword.
