I was nice and gave @BlueShieldCA a chance to reverse the charge, but despite acknowledging that my coverage was canceled, they wouldn't reverse the charge - only put in a request to be looked at in "30-45 days" (i.e. after I have to pay my credit card bill!)
Thanks @BlueShieldCA for giving me the satisfaction of disputing the credit card charge that you made even though I canceled your shitty overpriced insurance.
