The numbers are Air Quality Index (AQI). <50 is good; 101-150 is unhealthy for sensitive groups; 151-200 is unhealthy for everyone; >300 is hazardous. You really don't want to be breathing that. The readings are from Purple Air sensors (https://purpleair.com/ )
