Question for fellow game devs: what % of your dev team identify as women? For Campo, 25% of full time dev are women (3 out of 12). If we include part time + operations folks we'd be about 40% women (6 out of 15).

When I was at
@RunicGames we were sitting at about 8% female (3 out of 24) when it came to fulltime employees -
I believe this is also a voluntary self-report and so thu don't represent % in each studio and what the average % is per studio? Just % of respondents identify as women (which is valuable but diff measure)
