Has anyone looked at the Seattle rental market lately? YIKES.
i think especially during quarantine, when people are realizing how much time they're spending at home and how much space they actually need. Most of the apartments built in seattle are NOT meant to be lived in 24/7, you're meant to spend time out an about in neighborhoods

For real ... when I moved away I was STUNNED at how cheap land was. I went from paying $1800 a month for a studio OUTSIDE of the city with roommates, to $1350 for a 3 bedroom home with a 2 car garage and backyard for just me. It's *WILD*.

Not to mention an extra $300 a month for parking in the city, plus $125 for parking at HOME in my apartment buildings garage.
