Anyone else been in a huge creative funk the past week or two? I'm pushing through but good lord focusing is difficult. What are your solutions besides just pushing as hard as possible?

Hey fam! I went through this HARD last week, esp with news back home. Took 2 days off work to reset: you have to find your process for this, so mileage may vary. For me: 1.Absolutely limit social media and news. 2. Redirect focus (all day movie marathons for me, esp horror).

I found mine working with creative counselor during bad burn out previously. Walking away from work and indulging entirely in something else for a bit helps with recharge. Again, I find horror movies are my go to--may be music, film, games, books.
