Actually happy to be back to getting hand cramps from drawing instead of full-arm & shoulder pain. My tendinitis isn't 100% gone, but it's manageable & the fact that I can draw/grip long enough to get hand cramps again is IMPROVEMENT. Everyone do your pushups, for realpic.twitter.com/aVTpFPyzRs

Hey thanks - that’s all super helpful! I’ve been working with my doctor to realign my back and learn proper stretching before/after drawing but finding preventative measures has been difficult. I hope your pain eases. Thanks for sharing!

Ugh, I know your--literal--pain! The best preventative measure I've found is just working out. If i don't go to the gym one week, my arm falls apart the week after, and takes longer to recover :( Gotta keep the ball rolling
