Big agree!! The examples she set by being her own advocate and stepping up to the plate in terms of business were huge. As her kid, it was very good for me to see more than one type of job in the household.
yeah I definitely got the sense when graduating & stepping into the freelance/contract game world a bunch of my friends were worried & freaking out about what life as a freelancer would be like, but for us it was more of "eh, it's the family work-structure, watched mom do it"
