today marks 2 months since i started swimming every other morning. i started out barely able to get 100 yards without winding myself. I'm at 700 with short <15 second breaks at 300 and 500 and i'm feelin' like some sorta stronk aquaman.

swimming is the beeeest workout. works muscles all over your body (some you didn't know you had), no pressure on joints or tendons, & a no contact sport. only thing to be careful of is not to go too hard working out in a heated pool! have water & cool your core temp down after

yeah i am THIRSTY after my laps. like gobbling down that water. but yes i love it. i can feel my core and everything getting nice and powerful so i can destroy my enemies without hurting my back in the process.
