lol that's exactly what it's like being a student. i had an amazing experience there & would not be where i am without SCAD. tldr-- professors have all worked & must be currently working in industry to teach there. + tons of alumni in different arts industries, especially games!
that being said, it is prohibitively expensive and i cannot in good faith suggest students go into extreme debt. i could not have attended without multiple scholarships! in my experience, a degree at scad also gets you an instant alumni & support network. lots of post-grad perks
