Oh I have seen some shenanigans where there's a beautiful piece of work and the applicant is listed as the "art director" of the piece like uhhhh When it doubt either administer a paid art test or poke someone you know who worked on the title
For the art team at least, there's usually some physical proof they can show of work they've done
