WIA just opened their mentee applications for 1 on 1 mentorships! I’m even listed as one of the storyboard mentors! I had a great experience as a mentee and wanted to give back. I did one as a mentee in a mentorship circle and it was p great! Like we set goals and held each other accountable. We could also ask for advice for both the project or just general work/life stuff. Maybe you and some friends could make a games one?
