I swear to god, even though my arms are getting better, doing the stretches that are supposed to prevent injury always make my arms feel sore afterwards, and I've had several physical therapists supervise me so I know that I'm doing them right

It's always frustrating reading accounts of people who are just like, "I felt a little pain, did some stretches and the pain went right away!" Because that continues to be the opposite of my experience

Even back when my arms had that kind of devastating relapse, my occupational therapist was like "make sure you keep doing stretches those are the most important thing" and it just feels kind of like salt in the wound, literally

I've been trying to get monthly massages to work out the issues in my arms/tendons and they always always hurt way worse the few days after
