Yeah, now it's the opposite. Holding nothing constrains and shift makes it not. Why? The world is ending so why not.

It is the most frustrating part of my day. Years of learned behavior just flipped .. because? Also undo and step backward have swapped places.

The undo change is so unacceptable--you can actually revert it under hotkey preferences, it's that unpopular
