A chunk of the Riot anim crew checked out the Void VR experience yesterday! It was pretty cool and has me pretty pumped for the next generations of commercial VR

We did Star Wars too! The slight delay was a little goofy, but it did a really good job with complicated stuff like full hand/finger tracking. We spent a bunch of time nerding out and looking at our hands at the beginning, haha
When my buddy & I did it, the sim didnt know what to do when the physical guns are too close together so during loading we would try to create this horrible gun clipping amalgam. Also there are no character models for leaning over so you can jitter up and down at the right angle

Ahaha, that's awesome. We were all really freaked out that you could see everyone else's full model, but you couldn't actually see your own feet. REALLY disorienting, but eventually we bumbled around enough to get a feel for it.

Amazing. it's not perfect but the way they hide the room transitions was my favorite part! The place felt huge
