My pal is working on a project to help promote/improve health & wellbeing at work, and they're looking for suggestions of exercises etc. for artists (maybe hands/wrists/back that kinda thing?). If there are accompanying images/instructions, all the better. LMK if you know any! <3

Pushups, for real. If you have any arm or wrist pain, start doing push-ups. They build up muscles, which strengthens tendons, which holds all your bones in place

Also when you sleep--if you lay your hand out flat under your pillow, the weight of your head will help press out your carpals/metacarpals as you sleep and feel super good in the morning. I had an art professor tell me this and I've slept that was ever since
