Based on both screenshots, that seems to be the case, but I can't see them outright removing a channel because of a mis-titled video. Just flag it to hidden, notify the creator, and it stays that way until the title is significantly changed.

There are much worse titles on youtube that haven't been taken down, it was removed because of politics its so obvious given the media coverage of the video
