    One of your regular reminders that for the UK to be able to ratify Boris Johnson's Withdrawal Agreement, Parliament also needs to pass one of the most consequential. controversial and constitutionally significant pieces of legislation of modern times (which remains unpublished)

    with the Journal I saw a gap - our officers & staff doing high level academic work they were proud of, making recommendations for positive change, but no one really listening. Now we publish the work & can make policy change if suitable. Everyone wins!
