Because the infections that affect males can severely damage their immune system, thus threatening their life.

Except it's NOT medically required, since non-surgical interventions exist. Please. Work. On. Your. Reading. Comprehension. There are no instances where circumcision is "required". None at all. There are devices that correct phimosis, and proper cleaning addresses the rest.

My reading comprehension is stellar. You’re saying surgical interventions for chronic infections exist, true phimosis and also balanitis. They don’t exist for anyone or I would advocate them. So the next best thing is surgery, the last possible option. Find me a non-surgical one.
-
You're referring to conditions that can be treated with medications. And non-surgical devices. Would you like to speak to a nurse about this? Because I can get
@PhadingDark in here, and she can explain it to you. There are no longer medical excuses for circumcision. -
I would actually love that. I’d really appreciate a nurse answering my questions. It’s just a few.

Next step is a steroid cream. Theres otc devices to help. Used twice daily and manually stretch it loose. Usually clears up in 4-6 weeks. If the foreskin gets stuck behind the head of the penis (paraphimosis), We'll try to return it to its original position using our hands.

Ah, thanks for coming. Okay. So I know about the process. I used corticosteroid cream and manual retraction daily, I think? It didn’t work, so I was recommended surgery next. Is there another step in between?
-
We recommend trying the cream twice. If it doesn't work the first time with manual manipulation, try again with an otc device to help. Manually can be awkward. The tools help. Use the cream for 2 weeks, twice daily, then use the cream and tool together.

What about in cases of “true” phimosis where it just doesn’t move? And also, is there anything to prevent constant UTI infection or balanitis before surgery? That’s my main list of things I think it should treat.

But banning it when it's not medically necessary.
