Nope. The doctor asks because he wants the parents to weigh up a higher chance of infection early with sexual pleasure later. Why not convince more parents that it’s worth it?
I don’t want routine circumcision. I want it done for medical reasons. That means less circumcision, smaller percentage of infections. I’m disagreeing with someone else who wanted a blanket ban and some other people’s minor points.

Dude, it’s not 100% anywhere, it’s an optional surgery, educate the parents and they won’t do it, don’t ban the surgery.
