Seriously thinking about going for N1 this year Just need to get past シ and ツ

My mnemonic was someone turning from left to right, works for both kanas, so: ツシ - TsuShi (~sushi, easy to remember) ソン - SoN (son, obv) You can adjust a bit, but for me it’s easier than yours since tsu/you is kinda trickier. (・ω・)ノ

Yeah definitely! Things that work for one person don't always work for another, so we all gotta find what works best for us! :D Yours would be trickier for me since it's purely word/sound based? At the same time mnemonics complicate things for me more often then not. xD

I just went like "シ ends with i, so tone and and face going up, ツ with u, so tone and face going down"

@luugranato inesquecível agora hahah -
eu sempre penso neles na forma de escrever no hiragana, que lembra vagamente a ordem de fazer os traços do shi e do tsu
