OK, diet update. On the keto diet for 18 days. My headaches much reduced, no double vision, walk much less jolty, balance better but no weight loss. On low calorie diet for last 5. Losing half a lb a day but all those symptoms are back.

I was thinking I'd do low calorie diet for few months to lose enough weight to be out of the danger zone and then try keto again to alleviate neuro symptoms but I'd actually like them alleviated now. It was really nice to be able to do stairs normally which I haven't for years.
