The second day of a keto diet has been much more enjoyable and successful due to the discovery of the yumminess of mixed eggs, smoked mackerel and avocado. I might just live on this now.

Doing keto myself. Recently found if you want to keep LDL low and improve insulin sensitivity, preferentially eat polyunsaturated fats. Dropped cholesterol 20% and LDL 30% in 3 weeks by eating PUFA. Article for ref. https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/89/4/1641/2844241 …
