does anybody have any successful experience with the following: 1. chronically getting "outdated" dreams that are no longer relevant (a common one is dreaming that you're in school?) 2. doing something so you don't get those anymore (maybe "updating" your subconscious somehow?)
Too early to say if I've updated my subconsciousness but I had an experience where I had to show up on stage without any preparation. Had a feeling of confidence that my winging it would be enough which represents a large confidence boost in relating to dreams.
